We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic international business based in Worcester. The ideal candidate will provide expert technical support and play a key role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering high-level technical support to internal users and clients
Troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
Managing IT incidents and requests to ensure timely resolution
Collaborating with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements
Documenting procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior IT support staff
What you'll need:
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical role
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with common hardware and software environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
