This Worcestershire based manufacturer of safety critical, highly regulated product are amidst an exciting period of transformation. They possess an ambitious leadership team with an innovative, product led growth plan. Supplying a blue chip customer base, the Advanced Manufacturing Manager position is a new role aimed at driving efficiency and facilitating growth via best in class manufacturing.

Description

The Advanced Manufacturing Manager will report into the COO with full autonomy for a critical value stream and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a team of c120 via direct reports including production and process leaders and play a pivotal role in delivering a multiyear growth plan.

Day to day responsibility will include:

  • Leading and developing a high performance culture
  • Identifying and implementing CI strategies to optimise all efficiencies
  • Work closely with Engineering & Quality leadership on strategy and delivery
  • Drive best in class inventory and planning
  • Lead on world class H&S

Profile

The successful Advanced Manufacturing Manager will possess:

  • A dynamic and forward thinking approach
  • Experience in the manufacture of highly regulated / safety critical product
  • A strong comprehension of lean and transformation
  • Demonstrable experience driving systems and cultures to develop capacity and efficiencies, ideally in a transformative environment
  • Strong capability in leading process with a quality centric environment
  • The ambition to be part of large scale transformation and progress into a senior leadership role
