Finance Transformation - Manager - DublinÂ
Due to continuous growth our client is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Professionals to join a highly talented team in Ireland. In this role, you will work with global organisations to help modernise their finance capabilities and unlock long-term value. You’ll collaborate with client engagement teams across a variety of sectors, supporting clients in optimising Finance processes and implementing enabling technologies.
Key areas of focus include supporting innovation-led finance functions aligned across business and technology. Driving value and performance management through enhanced planning, reporting, and analytics. Standardising and improving operating models using enabling technologies. Â Shaping digital finance visions, developing target operating models, and creating transformation roadmaps.
This would suit someone with minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting of Finance Transformation projects. Hands on experience in Finance Process, and expertise in one of the following:  Transactional Processing (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report), Financial Planning & Analysis (Budgeting, Planning, Reporting), Value & Performance Management, Finance Process Automation.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, PMP, Prince 2 or MBA are preferred.
