Our client, a leader in the Infrastructure sector, are currently seeking an experienced Document Production Manager to lead the end-to-end management of contract documentation across a major infrastructure project in Dublin.

  • Duration: Initial 6 month contract
  • Pay: Up to 620 p/day (Inside IR35)
  • Working Pattern: 3 days onsite (Travel & Expenses covered)
  • Location: Dublin

As Document Production Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of contract document creation,from planning and drafting to formatting, quality assurance, and delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of contract documentation for the MetroLink programme.
  • Ensure all documents meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Lead collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Implement and maintain robust document control and version management processes.
  • Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies across documentation activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in document production, document control, or information management on major infrastructure programmes.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, & EU/public procurement regulations.
  • Proven experience leading document teams and managing vendors.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems (Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint).
  • CIPS or RICS qualifications are advantageous.
