Senior Planning Consultant
Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working Available)

Renowned for their commercial focus and excellent reputation, they deliver high-quality planning solutions across a wide range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, residential, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and retail.

The Role
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Consultant to join their established and expanding team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will manage their own projects, prepare and support planning applications and appeals, contribute to development plan submissions, and undertake planning research. While the role is based in Dublin, flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.

About You
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded planning professional who can demonstrate:

  • An IPI or RTPI accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning
  • A minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in Ireland
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A full driving licence and access to a car (essential for client and site visits)

Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong planning and time management capabilities
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines
