The Role
As a Town Planner, you will:
Assist in the preparation and management of planning applications, appeals, and development plan submissions.
Undertake site appraisals, planning research, and policy analysis.
Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Support senior colleagues on large-scale and complex planning projects.
About You
We're looking for a planning professional who has:
An RTPI or IPI-accredited degree or master's in Town Planning or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Organisational skills to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
A proactive, team-focused approach.
