Location: Dublin

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a respected and forward-thinking planning consultancy in their search for a Town Planner to join their growing Dublin office.

The Role

As a Town Planner, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of planning applications, appeals, and development plan submissions.

  • Undertake site appraisals, planning research, and policy analysis.

  • Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Support senior colleagues on large-scale and complex planning projects.



About You

We're looking for a planning professional who has:

  • An RTPI or IPI-accredited degree or master's in Town Planning or a related discipline.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Organisational skills to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, team-focused approach.
