Electrical Maintenance Supervisor key responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and ongoing servicing of machinery on-site
- Diagnose and resolve faults as needed
- Create and delegate PPM schedules
- Liaise with Contractors
- Keep manufacturing management regularly informed on progress
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance
- React promptly to any machine breakdowns, solving problems efficiently
- Monitor and maintain maintenance tools, stores, and equipment
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor desired skills and experience:
- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
- Flexibility with working hours and shift work
- Relevant manufacturing/engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent)
