Do you have Administration or Coordinating experience looking to work for a highly-successful and UK based business offering a full time, permanent and stable role?

This is a highly varied office based position in which you will be given full training, clear progression and a range of benefits.

This small but close-knit and friendly business provide a range of Maintenance services in the Facilities Management sector. This role is due to growth.

You will be working on a Monday - Fridays days-basis out of their modern and fully equipped office. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling work for the Engineers through a range of systems. This will involve communication with clients and staff.

This role would suit a Service planner, coordinator or administrator looking for a secure role, great working environment and opportunity to grow your career.

The role:

  • Service administration - arranging and planning maintenance.
  • Communicating to Engineers in the Facilities sector.
