Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in fabrication, welding, have worked in a BS EN1090 environment or facilitated the accreditation.

You'll bring:
Proven experience leading fabrication or welding teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Have worked in a BS EN1090 environment or facilitated the accreditation.
Strong technical understanding of steelwork, welding procedures, and QA standards
Hands-on, people-focused leadership style
Demonstrable success improving processes, productivity, and performance
Commercial awareness and effective resource planning skills
