Role responsibilities:

Lead projects through all RIBA stages, with a focus on design and delivery
Produce high-quality design and technical documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Manage project timelines, budgets, and team resources
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal reviews

Experience:

ARB-registered Architect
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
Solid experience across RIBA Stages 3-5
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe
Excellent communicator with proven leadership ability
