The Role:We are seeking a confident and capable Conveyancer with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. You’ll handle freehold, leasehold and ideally new build transactions from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
- Conduct thorough title checks and handle leasehold transactions with confidence
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with a supportive team and utilize available resources to ensure smooth file progression
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-year PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven experience with leasehold and title checking
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
