This charity runs projects throughout the year and has supported thousands of individuals out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse and more.

Your new role

  • Full time [37.5 hrs] | Permanent
  • £25,235 per year
  • Flexibility to work weekends.
  • Participation in an outreach rota.
  • Office based in Gloucester, close to the bus and train station.
  • When on Outreach for early mornings, standard time to be at the office is 07:30 AM this may sometimes be earlier.
  • A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with people who are rough sleeping across Gloucestershire.
  • Complete needs and risk assessments for clients, leading to the delivery of support plans which meet individual client needs.
  • Give clients advice and information to provide an enabling service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
  • A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
  • Participation in an outreach rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
