Red Snapper Recruitment are looking for a Senior Supported Housing Worker to join our client on Perm. This is based in Wiltshire, covering Trowbridge and Salisbury.

- Full time [37.5 hrs] | Permanent
- £27,810 per year
- Participation in an on-call out-of-hours rota
- A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
- Manage a team of 6.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive line management and supervision to the team members, ensuring regular reviews are in place.
- Provide a caseload of clients with high-quality person-centred services which take a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
- Maintain accurate records using our client record management system, INFORM.
- Deal with local incidents and safeguarding, ensuring action is taken, communicated, followed up and recorded.
- Carry out appropriate health, safety and compliance actions.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
- Knowledge and understanding of the care and support requirements of people experiencing social exclusion.
- A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
