My client is a large family-owned Group Company with a site based in Dumfries. They have a new vacancy for a Credit Controller to join their busy team.
Your new role
As credit controller, your duties will include-
- Responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time and chasing as necessary.
- Reviewing credit limits to ensure minimum risk to the business.
- Inputting purchase orders onto the system.
- Ensuring Supplier Contact Details are kept up to date.
- Provide reports on a regular basis.
- Support the wider Finance team, particularly in relation to covering absences such as holidays and sickness.
This is a part-time role-up to 25 hours. What you'll need to succeed
- You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel.
- Have a strong eye for detail.
- You have the desire to learn and develop.
