We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Relief Chef Manager to cover holidays at our factory in Dundee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment and enjoys the challenge of leading a team to deliver excellent food and service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, ensuring culinary satisfaction.
- Assist front of house staff with service to ensure a smooth operation.
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen to uphold health and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong culinary and managerial skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Reliable transportation is necessary as the factory location is challenging to reach by public transport.
