Your new companyHays Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for a highly reputable organisation in Dundee for a temporary Personal Assistant to support their senior management team and Chief Executive for an initial 6- month contract with the opportunity to become permanent. Your new role

  • Manage all incoming correspondence and share as required
  • Appointment scheduling and diary management
  • Managing expenses for director
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring up-to-date records of contacts
  • Preparing agendas for meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Maintain and develop accurate systems and ensure effective audit trails
  • Drafting various documents for directors
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Managing visitor requests and maintaining an up-to-date schedule of meetings

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant or supporting senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume document management and maintain databases
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Experience planning and coordinating events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
