We're currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Dundee based student accommodation for an experienced part time maintenance caretaker to join their maintenance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable handyperson to secure short term, park time work for a great company

Start Date:
15th October
Hours:
Wednesday (half day) Thursday and Friday (16 hours per week)
Duration:
Temporary 2 week role, could be extended
Pay Rate:
14.50 - 15.00 ph, umbrella

Key Responsibilities:
-Carrying out general repairs (e.g. doors, hinges, handles)
-Replacing lightbulbs and minor electrical work
-Basic plumbing and painting touch-ups
-Resealing baths and showers
-Conducting weekly building checks and recording findings
-Keeping communal areas tidy, safe, and in good condition
-Reporting any serious maintenance or safety issues to management

What We're Looking For:
-Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, or caretaking roles
-Comfortable performing regular compliance and safety checks
-Good basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general repairs
-Able to work independently and manage their own workload
-Health & Safety awareness and attention to detail
