BAE Systems is seeking an Electronic Assembly Operative for a 6-12 month contract in Hillend - Dunfermline, offering an hourly rate of £16.54 PAYE or £22.06 Umbrella.
The role involves manufacturing, repairing, and modifying military products while ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
Candidates should have experience in assembly disciplines such as wiring, PCB assembly, or microelectronics and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong technical skills and qualifications in ANSI J, IPC, or IPS are desirable for this position.

Manufacture, repair, and modify Radar, Avionics, and Underwater military products
Work independently, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards
Interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions
Record product history and support process improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in assembly disciplines (e.g., wiring, PCB assembly, microelectronics)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
Strong technical skills with ANSI J, IPC, or IPS qualifications (desirable)
