Description
- Maintain, repair and optimise production line machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and solve machinery issues.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
- Assist in the implementation of new machinery and equipment.
- Manage maintenance documentation and records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
Profile
- A strong background in engineering and manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using various tools, machinery, and software related to maintenance and repair.
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
