About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable HCA to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. As a HCA, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals with a range of needs, including physical or learning disabilities, mental health challenges, or age-related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
- Support individuals to access the community and engage in social, leisure, and educational activities.
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to undergo training and enhanced DBS check.
- Must have a Driving licence
