About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication.

  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff.

What We’re Looking For:
