Aspire People are working with a fantastic primary school in Hinckley to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time position starting in September, where you will primarily support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), with the opportunity to work occasionally in Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Key Responsibilities:
Support children in EYFS with their learning, development, and social skills to help them reach their full potential.

Provide occasional support in KS2, assisting with tailored learning plans for older children.

Collaborate with class teachers to manage the classroom and implement effective learning strategies.

Offer one-to-one and small group support to children with additional learning needs.

Monitor and record children's progress, providing valuable feedback to teaching staff.

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working with children in a UK school (essential).

Experience in EYFS is essential; experience in KS2 is highly desirable.

A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is preferred.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and compassionate approach to working with young learners.

Additional Information:
Full-time position starting in September 2025.

Competitive daily rate of 95-105, depending on experience and qualifications.
