Building Management Systems - Sales Manager

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK Leading provider within the building energy management systems sector.

They are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager for the North East region. A great opportunity to join a reputable and established UK leader in the BMS space.

The Role:

  • The position operates at a direct sales and sales management level and reports to the Senior Sales Manager
  • The principle aim of this role is to lead and unite a sales team to ensure a high quality customer service is delivered whilst supporting regional growth
  • Work with existing customers and target new customers, projects and major upgrade work opportunities from end users, public sector, main contractors and M&E Contractors

Skills & Experience:

  • We are seeking someone with strong sales, sales management, project sales and business development skills
  • Ideally have in-depth knowledge of estimating, bid management, Building management systems
  • Commercial awareness
  • Technical expertise on multiple HVAC products

Salary & Benefits:

  • 50,000 - 55,000
