- o Making bookings onto the training database (OLM)
- o Preparing the joining instructions for delegates
- o Operate within an ISO 9001 quality management system for training provision
- o General day to day administration duties
- o Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a friendly and professional disposition
- o Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative
- o Ability to work effectively with the wider training team
- o Proficient in IT packages, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- o Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise all administrative tasks and requirements
