Training Administrator Full Time (Mon-Fri)Durham One of valued clients based on the outskirts of Durham City Centre are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who will provide support to their Training Department. This is a full time temporary position for 6 months with the strong possibility of an extension.As an Administrator you can expect to receive an hourly rate of £11.44 -11.71ph depending on experience .The successful candidate must have proficient IT skills and be highly organised. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are essential skills required as this role will involve a large amount of data input.Key Responsibilities
  • o Keeping the training programme up to date
  • o Making bookings onto the training database (OLM)
  • o Preparing the joining instructions for delegates
  • o Operate within an ISO 9001 quality management system for training provision
  • o General day to day administration duties
Key Competencies
  • o Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a friendly and professional disposition
  • o Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative
  • o Ability to work effectively with the wider training team
  • o Proficient in IT packages, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • o Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise all administrative tasks and requirements
