We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our supply team in Durham. This role is ideal for someone with the confidence and enthusiasm to work with young people who may find school life challenging. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a key role in managing behaviour, engaging pupils through creative and supportive methods, and building positive, lasting relationships in a vibrant classroom environment.

The required Behaviour Support Worker will have:
