A well-established, family-run automotive business A well-established, family-run automotive business is looking to add a Car Sales Executives to sell new and used cars in their dealership in York. The environment is a modern, fresh showroom environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and play a key role in shaping the success of the site

• OTE £40,000–£45,000 (realistic first year)

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in new and used car sales
• Professional, well-presented and confident with customers
• Strong communicator with a warm, customer-first approach
• Solid understanding of finance products (HP, PCP, GAP, warranties, add-ons)
• Commercially aware, motivated and able to work within a structured sales process
• Comfortable handling digital enquiries, CRM activity and follow-up work
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
• Full UK manual driving licence required

The role:

• Handling new and used enquiries, online and in-person
• Presenting vehicles professionally, including demonstrations and test drives
• Guiding customers through the full journey from enquiry to handover
• Explaining finance and add-on products in a compliant, customer-friendly way
• Following up leads promptly with accurate CRM notes
• Helping build the customer experience and reputation of a brand-new site
• Supporting showroom standards and maintaining strong product knowledge
