The Role
We're looking for a Supplement Powder Developer to join our Business Development team. You'll be responsible for formulating, testing, and refining powdered supplements - from concept tofinished product- ensuring they meet nutritional targets, taste profiles, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise powdered supplement formulations (e.g. protein blends, superfood mixes, functional nutritional powders).
- Conduct small-scale trials and oversee pilot runs in the production facility.
- Work closely with our Sales team to ensure the product meets customer needs.
- Develop SOPs and Knowledge Bases pertaining to powder development.
- Document all formulations and processes for compliance and reproducibility.
About You
- Self motivated, intelligent, and able to work through projects without supervision.
- Enthusiastic about supplements, health and nutrition.
- A good communicator who can be trusted to deal with B2B customers directly and steer them towards practical products that meet their needs. Sales experience would be beneficial.
- Experience and knowledge of powder product development is not strictly required, as training can be provided to willing candidates. However relevant education or experience would be beneficial.
