This is a golden opportunity for a fabulous Hotelier to really make their mark on this gorgeous highly reputable West London Boutique Hotel in one of Londons prime locations steeped in history -known for its laid back luxury!

We would love someone who is purpose driven, ambitious, resilient, with a "guest comes first" mentality, loves a challenge but leads your team through setting an example of what great looks like, from the flowers to the Chateaubriand the attention to detail needs to be part of your DNA.

You will inherit a very strong team from Housekeeping to Events and all in between what we need from you, is to be the face of this jewel in West London get out and about with your locals both corporate and families be brilliant at networking, be a fantastic host with an ability to own the room! We want people to come to the hotel because of you and your brilliance we just need a proper Hotel General Manager who gets it and is visitable at all times and wants to take the (very strong and capable) team with them.

You will have tones of support in Marketing and Finance we just need you to be a real leader, someone with oodles of presence who is a natural at socializing with your guests and in so doing creating a strong network of loyal repeat guests all because of you and your enviable ability to charm and connect with people this we cannot train, you either have it or you dont the rest we can support you on. You will have that skill of quickly recognising your guests and the detail about them that matters know who they are when they come to eat in one of your restaurants and they you, this is a rare talent and one that cannot be underestimated of how much weight it carries in the luxury hotels of the world. This hotel has so much to offer it sells itself beautiful rooms, its own café next door, fantastic Events venue, enviable location right on the River Thames and unrivalled outdoor spaces. We need you to be an excellent communicator, building routine for your team through excellent communication. We need you to be decisive, and really want to live and breathe the business - you can literally make this your own. Numbers wise the hotel turns over roughly £8 million and has 40 rooms with an exciting multi million pound investment which you will oversee in the New Year where everything from the Restaurants to the loos will be totally refurbished again you will have input into this and can make it your own baby.
