- Collaborate with senior team members to produce financial statements, calculate tax obligations, and support audit engagements
- Liaise with managers and partners to shape customised approaches for client assignments
- Participate in ongoing technical workshops to continually refine your expertise
- Build effective working relationships with both team members and clients alike
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or AAT qualified with relevant on-the-job experience
- Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards including FRS 105, FRS 102 Section 1A, and full FRS 102
- Previous involvement in audit planning or managing components of audit files independently
- Current knowledge of auditing and accounting regulations
- Analytical and inquisitive thinker with a practical approach to solving problems
- Articulate and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and well-organised working style
- Comfortable using accounting platforms and general IT tools – training can be provided where needed
