- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, including involvement in structuring their training pathways
- A full ACA or ACCA qualification
- Proven experience managing audits within a professional accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management capabilities
- A meticulous, analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
