Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex (covering the whole of East Sussex)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £31,000 per annum + Benefits
Are you a skilled Handyperson / Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, full-time role with variety? We're seeking a reliable professional to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of properties in Sussex County.
The Role:
- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks in line with statutory and technical requirements.
- Carry out reactive repairs and remedial work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work across multiple sites, maintaining a high standard of service.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong practical skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
