My client isseeking a proactive and professional Lettings Negotiator to join theirdynamic property team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process from listing to move-in, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive excellent service. This is a target-driven role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in the property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Marketing:
  • List rental properties on online portals and agency platforms.
  • Prepare marketing materials and ensure all listings are accurate and appealing.
  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to landlords.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and qualify prospective tenants.
  • Viewings and Negotiation:
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
  • Secure tenancy agreements in line with client expectations and legal compliance.
  • Referencing and Compliance:
  • Collect references.
  • Ensure all documents and checks (e.g., Right to Rent, deposit registration) are completed correctly.
  • Administration:
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and associated paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM/property management systems.
  • Team Contribution:
  • Meet personal and team targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, management, and property management.
