Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) professionally and promptly
- Organize and manage office supplies and equipment
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with HR, finance, or project coordination tasks (depending on experience)
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection protocols
16hrs per weekeither 2 full days (9-5) or 4 days, 4hrs a day (9-1 or 1-5).
Office Hours Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm
