We are seeking a committed and caring Disability Support Assistant for a rewarding full-time role in a supportive primary school in Eastbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with children who have a range of physical and learning needs.
About the Role

1:1 Student Support: Provide individualised classroom support to pupils with disabilities, helping them access learning and daily routines.

Inclusive Teaching: Adapt resources and tasks to meet diverse learning and physical needs.

Classroom Assistance: Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure every child is included, supported, and encouraged.

Immediate Start Available: We have opportunities to begin straight away!

What We’re Looking For

Adaptability & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of inclusive education.

SEND Experience: Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is desirable.

Compliance: Must provide suitable references and pass an enhanced DBS check.
