The Role:
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious business, seeking to add a Trainee Accounts Assistant to their established team based at their office in Eastleigh.

Responsibilities of the Trainee Accounts Assistant:
Assist in the preparation of financial records and reports
Support day-to-day finance operations, including data entry and reconciliations
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to gather financial information
Contribute to month-end processes and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data
Required Attributes:
A recent graduate or individual with a strong interest in finance/accounting
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within a finance function
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Prior office-based or finance-related experience would be beneficial, but not essential
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
The Package:
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary (experience dependent)
Hours: Monday to Friday hours - 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
