Day-to-day of the role:
- Processing orders and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Preparing export documentation, organising transport and shipment.
- Processing invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing for customers.
- Supporting the Sales team by managing a wide range of administrative tasks and adapting to the ever-changing needs of the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative experience, particularly in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to use databases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of confident phone and email correspondence.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and apply it effectively.
