About the Role:

As a Painting Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing on-site teams, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You'll oversee a variety of projects across residential, commercial, and public sector properties, ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate painting teams across multiple sites in Hampshire

  • Ensure all projects meet quality and client expectations

  • Manage materials, scheduling, and site logistics

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

  • Conduct quality checks and enforce health & safety standards



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in painting & decorating, with supervisory or team lead experience

  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and H&S compliance

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • NVQ or equivalent qualification in Painting & Decorating (preferred)
