We are looking for an Experienced Senior Administrator to lead on Disrepair contract based in Eastleigh

Offering £37,000 + benefits + hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process for properties flagged under disrepair claims, often involving legal proceedings (e.g. Housing Disrepair Protocol under the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act).
  • Liaise with surveyors, contractors, and maintenance teams to schedule and complete necessary works within agreed time frames.
  • Communicate with residents to explain the process, manage expectations, and provide updates.
  • Work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance with legislation, including handling pre-action protocol steps and preparing documentation for court if needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all cases, works completed, timeliness, and costs.
  • Identify patterns in disrepair to support long-term maintenance strategies and reduce future claims.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing Disrepairs, ideally in a similar environment
  • Hybrid working, 3 days based in an office 2 days at home
  • Excellent systems knowledge, excel, word etc.
