Were working with a well-established body shop based in Southampton, and theyre currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Prepper to join their growing team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work and preparing vehicles to an exceptional standard, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming

• Ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned, filled, and ready for spraying

• Identifying and addressing imperfections before painting

• Working to agreed deadlines while maintaining a high standard of finish

• Following all health and safety procedures in the workshop

• Supporting the paint team to ensure efficient workflow

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or similar role in a body shop

• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and materials

• Keen attention to detail and a focus on quality

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential
