A client based in Edenbridge is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor due to location you will need your own transport.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and professionally via email. In addition, you will be responsible for checking and confirming orders with our suppliers electronically to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email.
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve order-related queries.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm and process customer orders.
  • Monitor order statuses and update customers accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order progress.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team members when necessary.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
