Were recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to take on a key commercial role selling complex, high-value service solutions to senior stakeholders across the corporate space. Deals typically range from £1M£5M, with flagship contracts exceeding £10M per year.

This role will give you the platform, backing, and autonomy to truly make an impactwhether thats opening new markets or deepening relationships with strategic accounts.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Spearheading the businesss expansion across new and existing markets in the UK
  • Targeting blue-chip clients with service-led, value-driven propositions
  • Owning the full sales cyclefrom strategy and targeting to negotiation and close
  • Building deep relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement leads
  • Collaborating with internal operational and commercial teams to shape winning solutions
