- 7 days per week shifts available
We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our vibrant toastie stall at the renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a bustling festival environment and has a passion for creating delicious, high-quality food.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to start on the 26th July
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare a variety of toasties and other simple dishes to a high standard.
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organised.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and serving food promptly and courteously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef/Cook.
- Must possess a current food hygiene certificate.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
