What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and growing a strong pipeline across a variety of sectors.
- Meeting with decision-makers (appointments booked for you!) and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals
- Conducting site visits to scope needs and generate accurate quotes
- Representing the company at industry events and networking like a pro
- Building long-term relationships with Facilities Managers, Health & Safety Leads, and Compliance Officers
- Managing deals from pitch to close, and ensuring smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in B2B sales –
- Any experience within compliance, FM, electrical, or technical services would be an advantage
- A credible, consultative approach and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with field-based sales and a strong self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout Scotland
