What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and growing a strong pipeline across a variety of sectors.
  • Meeting with decision-makers (appointments booked for you!) and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals
  • Conducting site visits to scope needs and generate accurate quotes
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking like a pro
  • Building long-term relationships with Facilities Managers, Health & Safety Leads, and Compliance Officers
  • Managing deals from pitch to close, and ensuring smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in B2B sales – 
  • Any experience within compliance, FM, electrical, or technical services would be an advantage
  • A credible, consultative approach and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with field-based sales and a strong self-starter mentality
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout Scotland
