Are you an experienced Contract Project Coordinator/ Administrator with experience in engineering project environments? Yoh Solutions are actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Administrator on a contract basis for a leading engineering services business just outside of Edinburgh.

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator/ Administrator you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in helping Project Managers and Engineers coordinate every aspect of the project lifecycle — from planning and documentation to equipment mobilisation and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Required

  • Act as the key liaison between project stakeholders and internal teams
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
  • Coordinate documentation and shipping requirements for ongoing projects
  • Help manage project costs, invoicing, and progress monitoring
  • Represent projects on-site to ensure quality and timeline adherence
  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports, cost trackers, and forecasts
  • Provide administrative cover during absences and support equipment logistics
  • Maintain documentation control per company and regulatory standards
  • HNC/HND in relevant engineering or technical discipline
  • Proven experience in an engineering project environment
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in handling multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project documentation and control systems (e.g. Glovia, Mastercontrol)
