The Role:

As a Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll ensure programmes run on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile developments across the Central Belt, offering real scope for progression and influence within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction sites, ensuring efficient project delivery

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control

• Implement and promote health and safety protocols

• Provide leadership and strategic input on project planning

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of building regulations, project management, and commercial awareness

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications desirable
