A highly regarded small nursing home in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead the team and continue driving high standards of care. The home delivers person-centred nursing care and is well-regarded within the local community.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated leader who can support staff, ensure compliance, and maintain excellent outcomes for residents.
About the Nursing Home Manager role and what's on offer:
- Permanent, full-time contract - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (day shifts with on-call duties)
- Salary 40,000 per annum
- Performance-related bonus scheme up to 30,000 (OTE 70,000)

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
- Experienced Nursing Home Manager, or ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Home Manager role
- Hold a recognised care management qualification (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 5, RMA, or Diploma Level 5)
- Ideally NMC Registered (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), though this is not essential
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a care team
- Solid understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and local authority procedures
- Well-organised, proactive, with excellent communication and administrative skills
