Reed Business Support are currently supporting an internationally recognised client of ours with a really exciting opportunity within the business.
Role: EA/Office Manager
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + 10% company performance bonus
Location: Edinburgh city centre
Working hours: 9am- 5:30pm (Friday WFH)
About the Role
This is not your average EA position. You’ll be the right hand to the Director of E-Commerce and one other Snr Stakeholder, providing high-level executive support while also playing a pivotal role in office operations and international coordination. From managing complex diaries and global travel itineraries to liaising with external contractors and orchestrating standout events, your impact will be felt across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive EA support including diary management, travel planning (domestic and international) and meeting coordination
- Act as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate international travel and logistics for the Head of E-Commerce
- Oversee office management duties including vendor relationships, facilities, and supplies
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events and external engagements
- Support project tracking and reporting for key e-commerce initiatives
- Reporting duties utilising Excel
- Snr Management meeting preparation and attendance

Our client are all about ‘growth’ and as such, will be open to the right candidate being able to trin or be involved in duties out with their remit. These can be wide ranging from involvement in YouTube content for their YouTube channel to undertaking HR duties/training. The ability to progress is a real selling point!
