Private Client Tax ManagerNewcastle£45,000 - £55,000 (hybrid working & wider benefits)

An exciting opportunity is available to join one of Scotland's largest independent practices at Tax Manager level in their Private Client Tax Services team.

This is a mixed compliance & tax advisory role, getting involved in a full range of private client working supporting OMBs, Business owners & HNWIs.

Your new role:

  • Support a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing a mix of UK and international personal tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact for queries and HMRC correspondence.
  • Attend client meetings alongside partners and senior leaders.
  • Contribute to team discussions and support juniors with reviews and technical training.
  • Participate in local business development

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA/CTA/ACCA qualified You will come from a professional services background having worked in UK Private Client tax, with experience and exposure to tax advisory projects.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage deadlines, and comfortable juggling multiple client needs.
  • Willingness to support and mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
