Search are supporting the recruitment of a Senior Financial Planning Manager for our client's Edinburgh office with hybrid working. Reporting to the Finance Director, you would be responsible for leading lead corporate finance activities across a number of infrastructure projects. This is a strategic role, offering the chance to work at the forefront of project finance, economic modelling, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and growing sector. You will play a key role in managing financial models, supporting investment decisions, and developing strong relationships key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:* Leading financial modelling for projects including board reporting, sell-down and refinancing models, bid support and budget updates.* Acting as the UK lead for project sell-downs and business development bids.* Managing key relationships with shareholders, sponsors, and commercial lenders.* Coordinating project finance arrangements including shareholder loans, equity bridge loans, and senior debt.* Leading UK refinancing activities and supporting the wider corporate finance team.* Overseeing hedge placements and credit support arrangements.* Managing UK insurance renewals, ensuring suitable coverage and handling claims.* Supporting project approvals and investment decisions.* Leading finance committees and contributing to strategic decision-making* Managing and developing a team.Skills and experience that will benefit your application:* Educated to degree level in relevant subject Finance, Economics etc. * Demonstrable experience in corporate finance or infrastructure project finance.* Background in economic modelling and financial reporting.* Experience with project finance.* Advanced Excel modelling skills.* Excellent communication skills.* Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What's in it for you:* A salary of circa 75k-80k, depending on experience.* Annual bonus.* Hybrid and flexible working options.* Comprehensive benefits package including generous leave allowance, market-leading pension and private healthcare.If you'd like to apply or find out more, please submit your CV at the earliest opportunity and/or get in touch at .
