Looking for someone to produce a proof of concept (POC) for an onboarding client. You will be implementing and deploying an AI agent to streamline backend processes.
Project Example (please note it will not be this exact project):
The client has significant volumes of business data kept on multiple tools. When producing reports, staff need to export data and then manually combine business reports. You will deploy an AI agent to automate and generate these reports.
Their finance and accounting systems are across multiple tools meaning staff often have to manually type the same data from one system into another. Moreover, the business flow requires continuous implementation of admin and laborious repetitive tasks like sending emails using standardised templates, reviewing invoices and extracting information from them and conducting payment reconciliation. You will deploy an AI agent that automates data transmission between systems, sending emails, invoice review and payment reconciliation.

- autonomously handles an admin heavy and repetitive task within an Accounting & Finance workflow
- Recommendations for full-scale implementation
