Administrator - Part-Time

Monday 2nd June start | Temp role for 2 months with potential for extension
Part-Time role | 17.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday with flexibility on which hours to be worked daily
Pay rate up to 13.50 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a well-known business in Central Edinburgh to recruit for a Property Administrator on a part time Temp basis for a minimum of 2 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive & varied Administration support to the property team within the business.

This is a Part-Time role working 17.5 hours per week, the client requires someone who can work Monday to Friday (3.5 hours each day) but is flexible around what time these hours are worked, whether that is mornings, afternoons or around school/childcare hours.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Dealing with incoming phone & email queries to the Property team
* Opening, scanning & distributing post on a daily basis
* Organising meeting rooms with equipment & catering as required
* Monitoring the department email inbox, dealing with basic enquiries as they come in & escalating any issues when required
* General document administration including photocopying & filing
* Dealing with basic finance administration including invoicing, cheques & payments
* Raising maintenance & repair requests with trades when required
* Contacting utility companies when required regarding meter readings, disputes & account closures
* Various other ad hoc Administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
